On 02 May 2018 the 11th Job and Internship Exchange took place at the Geographical Institute of the University of Bonn. 

The aim of the event was once again this year to provide students with initial personal contacts for internships, dissertations and career entry. In addition, the students were able to gain a first impression of the professional field of geography.

At the beginning of the event there was a panel discussion in which different career paths for geographers were pointed out. Torsten Brassat, Managing Director of terrestris, has provided the students with many practical tips concerning career entry. Afterwards, Torsten Brassat was also available to assist the students throughout the entire event and was able to answer many questions about everyday professional life.
