The City of Ulm has improved access to municipal geodata, taken OpenData aspects into account and supported map-based participation of citizens. In this context, three different desktop map clients http://stadtplaene.ulm.de, http://map-it.ulm.de, http://maps.ulm.de and a map client for mobile devices were implemented.
