The Landesvermessung und Geobasisinformation Brandenburg has put out to tender the creation of a geoportal, which will play a central role in the geodata infrastructure of the Berlin/Brandenburg region. The Geoportal Berlin/Brandenburg enables citizens, administrations and businesses to obtain information about available geodata and services. Another central task is the visualization of the researched geodata and services. The Geoportal Berlin/Brandenburg is to be implemented by means of adaptations based on the Geoportal Rheinland-Pfalz and the Internet pages of the GDI Berlin/Brandenburg.
