terrestris and GeoSolutions will expand their collaboration in the development of joint GeoServer support and maintenance services, as well as GeoServer training programs. Against this background, a meeting of employees from both companies took place from June 9 – 10, 2016 at the GeoSolutions offices (http://www.geo-solutions.it/) in Massarosa, Italy.



During the two-day meeting, important processes were initiated and initial results were achieved:

– Development of a joint GeoServer maintenance contract that guarantees customers maximum reliability.

– Development of the joint workshop “Enterprise class deployment for GeoServer and GeoWebcache: Optimizing performances and robustness” (http://2016.foss4g.org/ws38.html) at this year’s FOSS4G in Bonn.
