Last Friday, the employees and managing directors of terrestris and mundialis took a whole day to exchange ideas and develop new topics and suggestions for improvement. As partner companies, both terrestris and mundialis can benefit from this joint exchange by utilizing and adopting the strengths of the other company.

This type of focused exchange on all company matters enables everyone involved to help shape the daily work in their own way. Taking a breather and reflecting on one’s own work has so far released a lot of creativity and satisfaction, from which our customers can benefit again and again.

Afterwards, the joint Christmas party took place in a private atmosphere. Our day together once again showed us how well the whole team works together and what contribution each individual makes to the success of the two companies.
