The city of Soest, together with terrestris, will technically update the already existing and very extensive WebGIS. The proven OpenLayers technology will be used for the design of the new user interface.

Thanks to OpenLayers-based frameworks such as mapfish & Geo Ext (which in turn extends Ext JS), the conversion to the new look is already well advanced, so that a publication and activation is to be expected shortly.
