This year’s “SVG Open“, for the first time under the title “The Graphical Web”, started today in Zurich. terrestris is represented there by the employees Marc Jansen and Christian Mayer.

In addition to classic topics such as design and data visualization using open web graphics, this year’s topics will also include 2D/3D web mapping and WebGIS, as well as WebGL/Canvas for geographic visualization. The first impressions are very promising and interesting discussions already took place during the first session break.
