As every year, terrestris held a strategy meeting this year as well. The reason why we do this can be explained relatively quickly: We take some time away from the general hustle and bustle with ringing telephones and pressing deadlines and talk about things that are going well and those that are not. From this, we derive actions for the future and improve in all areas. Because our world is very dynamic and constellations change quickly, it is necessary to pause at regular intervals and readjust.

This year, for the first time, we gave the strategy meeting a slightly different setting: We chartered a 13-meter catamaran in Mallorca and sailed to the island of Cabrera and back. For almost everyone at terrestris, it was a new experience to spend a few days on a sailboat. Conclusion: No one fell overboard, no one got seasick, and overall we all gained a new, beautiful experience.
